Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Once we receive final confirmation from the customer within 24 hours, the complete account details will be deleted. This data will not be restored. If the customer wants to create a new account, they must do so by registering again. We do not store any backup data, and all data will be removed from our server.
