General Returns Policy 1. Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Connectingpoint.in. 2. If you report an issue with your Hard Disk, Tablet, Laptop, Desktop, CCTV Cameras, Printers, Network Products, we may facilitate scheduling a technician visit to your location if any needed. This visit is scheduled by placing an order with Connectingpoint through connectingpoint.in Home Services. Subject to connectingpointpoint.in Home Services Terms and Conditions, a resolution will be provided based on the technician’s evaluation report. 3. Return will be processed only if: • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession; • the product is not different from what was shipped to you; • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein). 4. If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Connectingpoint shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information. 5. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered. 6. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. 7. No additional information is required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy. 8. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same item has the exact same item in stock as per customer knowledge. 9. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to the customer if needed. 10. Products purchased by other platform customers are not eligible for returns. However,we can provide the technical support. 11. In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, Connectingpoint reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary. Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 2 days from the delivery of the product.

2. Refunds

When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. How Long Do Refunds Take After I Return an Item? A refund will be provided after we process your return item at our facilities. It can take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return.

Advanced Refunds/Replacements/Exchanges Sometimes, we issue a refund or ship a replacement/exchange to you prior to receiving the return item.

Advanced Refund

In some cases, as soon as the item is dropped off by you or received by our carrier, a refund will be issued, in advance of our receipt and processing of the item at our facilities, to your credit card or as connectingpoint.in Gift Card balance.

Advanced Replacement/Exchange

If you see an option in the Online Return Center to initiate a replacement/exchange of your original item, follow the instructions to return the item and request a replacement/exchange. If the replacement/exchange order is immediately shipped to you, you’ll need to return your original item(s) by the “Return by” date referred to in your return request confirmation email or you will be charged for the replacement/exchange.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We offer guaranteed delivery on certain delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, we’ll state this on the checkout page, with the associated delivery date and cost.

If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt isn’t made by this date, we’ll refund any shipping fees associated with that order.

The “order within” countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place the order to receive your delivery by the date shown. The delivery day may become unavailable within that timeframe due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Your confirmed delivery date is in your order confirmation email.

You may provide us with your Connectingpoint.in registered user ID. We may automatically track certain information about you based upon your behavior on our Site. In our efforts to continually improve our product and service offerings, we collect and analyze demographic, profile and usage data about our users’ activity on our Site.

We use your personal information to improve our platform, improve the Site’s content and product offerings, prevent or detect fraud or abuses of our website and tailor it to meet your needs, so as to provide you with a smooth, efficient, safe and customized experience while using the Site. We may also use your personal information to display contents and services that are targeted to your interests. By accepting the User Agreement and Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to receive this information. If you do not wish to receive these communications, we encourage you to opt out of the receipt of certain communications in your profile under My Account or by clicking unsubscribe any email communication. You may make changes to your profile at any time.

Our Disclosure of your information

Your personal information is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling it to others. Connectingpoint.in shares your personal information only to categories of persons that are either subject to this Privacy Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy as more particularly described below:

Advertisements

1. Where a user enters information on any form of an advertiser, the information is simultaneously collected by Connectingpoint.in and the advertiser. The information is used by Connectingpoint.in in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy and is used by the advertiser as per the advertiser’s prevalent privacy policies. Since we do not control the privacy practices of these advertisers, you should evaluate their practices before deciding to provide the said information.
2. Connectingpoint.in may also use personally identifiable information in an aggregated form and disclose to advertisers and other third parties for other marketing and promotional purposes.

Classifieds Listings

When a user lists a classified advertisement, and the advertisement receives an expression of interest by the interested user, the interested user will be provided the contact information of the user listing the advertisement as provided in the user’s registration form.

Items and Services offered on the Site by third parties

There are certain items and services for which third parties request for information to perform services on our behalf. (example: an image/picture for a customized mug/t-shirt). The information provided by the user for such purposes is simultaneously collected by Connectingpoint.in and the respective third party. This information is utilized by the third party in accordance with its privacy policy and the terms of the offer. Because we do not control the privacy practices of these third parties, you should evaluate their practices before deciding to use their services.

Internal Service Providers

We may employ third parties services to facilitate or outsource one or more aspects of the business, product and service operations that we provide to you on the Site (e.g., search technology, discussion boards, bill collection, affiliate and rewards programs, co-branded credit cards) and therefore we may provide some of your personal information to these internal service providers. These internal service providers’ are subject to confidentiality agreements with us and other legal restrictions that prohibit their use of your personal information for any other purpose except to facilitate the specific outsourced service.. In order to facilitate interaction among all Connectingpoint.in members (buyers, sellers, services providers such as payment gateways and 3PLs, our Site allows you to access other users’ contact information. Further, as a seller you will be sent via email the Connectingpoint.in registered user ID email address and other information, and as a winning buyer you will be sent via email the Connectingpoint.in registered user ID, email address and other information of the seller. By entering into our User Agreement, you agree that, with respect to other user’s personally identifiable information that you obtain through the Site or through a Connectingpoint.in-related communication or Connectingpoint-facilitated transaction, Connectingpoint.in hereby grants to you a license to use such information only for:

(a). Connectingpoint related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages, (b). using co-branded services offered through  (e.g. insurance, shipping and fraud complaints), and (c). any other purpose that such user expressly opts into after adequate disclosure of the purpose(s).

In all cases, you must give users an opportunity to remove themselves from your database and a chance to review what information you have collected about them. In addition, under no circumstances, except as defined in this Section, can you disclose personally identifiable information about another user to any third party without our consent and the consent of such other user after adequate disclosure.

Connectingpoint.in and our users do not tolerate spam. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, you are not licensed to add a Connectingpoint.in user-even a user who has purchased an item from you-to your mail list (email or physical mail) without their express consent after adequate disclosure.

What about children’s privacy?

Use of Connecctingpoint.in is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under the age of 18, you cannot buy  items on the Site. If you wish to purchase an item on the Site such purchase omay be made by your legal guardian or parents who have registered as users of the Site.

Access or change your personally identifiable information

To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before granting access or making changes to your personally identifying information. If you have registered your profile on Connectingpoint.in, your registered user ID and Password are required in order to access your profile information.

Security

When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you put in before it is sent to us. Once your information is in our possession we adhere to strict security guidelines in compliance with the (Indian) Information Technology Act, 2000, protecting it against unauthorized access.

Your Consent

By using the Site and/ or by providing your information, you acknowledge our use of your personal information in the manner as set out in this Privacy Policy. Any changes to our privacy policy will be communicated through our Web site at least 10 days in advance of implementation. Name and address of the entity collecting and retaining your information shall be the contracting entity stated in the Connectingpoint.in User Agreement.

Grievance Officer:

In accordance with Information Technology Act 2000 and rules made there under, the name and contact details of the Grievance Officer are published on the Site in User Agreement.

Data Deletion:

If the customer wants to delete the account details send email to info@connectingpoint.in With account user name Register mail id and mobile number with reason. After valued customer details and reason notice email will be sent to register email ID after getting the final confirmation from the customer within 24 hours complete account details will be deleted and it will not be restored if the customer want again account has to be create new one must and we don’t store any backup datas it will be removed from or server.
