If you report an issue with your Hard Disk, Tablet, Laptop, Desktop, CCTV Cameras, Printers, Network Products, we may facilitate scheduling a technician visit to your location if any needed. This visit is scheduled by placing an order with Connectingpoint through connectingpoint.in Home Services. Subject to connectingpointpoint.in Home Services Terms and Conditions, a resolution will be provided based on the technician’s evaluation report. 3. Return will be processed only if: • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession; • the product is not different from what was shipped to you; • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein). 4. If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Connectingpoint shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information. 5. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered. 6. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. Advanced Refunds/Replacements/Exchanges Sometimes, we issue a refund or ship a replacement/exchange to you prior to receiving the return item.

In some cases, as soon as the item is dropped off by you or received by our carrier, a refund will be issued, in advance of our receipt and processing of the item at our facilities, to your credit card or as connectingpoint.in Gift Card balance.

Advanced Replacement/Exchange

If you see an option in the Online Return Center to initiate a replacement/exchange of your original item, follow the instructions to return the item and request a replacement/exchange. If the replacement/exchange order is immediately shipped to you, you’ll need to return your original item(s) by the “Return by” date referred to in your return request confirmation email or you will be charged for the replacement/exchange.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

We offer guaranteed delivery on certain delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, we’ll state this on the checkout page, with the associated delivery date and cost.

If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt isn’t made by this date, we’ll refund any shipping fees associated with that order.

The “order within” countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place the order to receive your delivery by the date shown. The delivery day may become unavailable within that timeframe due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Classifieds Listings

When a user lists a classified advertisement, and the advertisement receives an expression of interest by the interested user, the interested user will be provided the contact information of the user listing the advertisement as provided in the user’s registration form.

Items and Services offered on the Site by third parties

There are certain items and services for which third parties request for information to perform services on our behalf. (example: an image/picture for a customized mug/t-shirt). The information provided by the user for such purposes is simultaneously collected by Connectingpoint.in and the respective third party. Further, as a seller you will be sent via email the Connectingpoint.in registered user ID email address and other information, and as a winning buyer you will be sent via email the Connectingpoint.in registered user ID, email address and other information of the seller. By entering into our User Agreement, you agree that, with respect to other user’s personally identifiable information that you obtain through the Site or through a Connectingpoint.in-related communication or Connectingpoint-facilitated transaction, Connectingpoint.in hereby grants to you a license to use such information only for:

(a). Connectingpoint related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages, (b). using co-branded services offered through  (e.g. insurance, shipping and fraud complaints), and (c). any other purpose that such user expressly opts into after adequate disclosure of the purpose(s).

In all cases, you must give users an opportunity to remove themselves from your database and a chance to review what information you have collected about them. In addition, under no circumstances, except as defined in this Section, can you disclose personally identifiable information about another user to any third party without our consent and the consent of such other user after adequate disclosure.

To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before granting access or making changes to your personally identifying information. If you have registered your profile on Connectingpoint.in, your registered user ID and Password are required in order to access your profile information.

Security

When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you put in before it is sent to us. Once your information is in our possession we adhere to strict security guidelines in compliance with the (Indian) Information Technology Act, 2000, protecting it against unauthorized access.

After valued customer details and reason notice email will be sent to register email ID after getting the final confirmation from the customer within 24 hours complete account details will be deleted and it will not be restored if the customer want again account has to be create new one must and we don’t store any backup datas it will be removed from or server.
